I think as Avdi states you are actually one of the leading advocates of the Semantic Web and as the other xml.com article states the Semantic Web is Closer than anyone realize from starting to appear. As I stated over at my lame blog I often think of the Semantic Web the same way as CSS. While initially buggy and underimplemented I think a large portion of tommorrow's WWW will be SW enabled largely through a few applications that will make their way into the mainstream and I think Atom will be the highway that many of the tools use.
